Bret & Brenda had an absolutely gorgeous wedding at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in downtown Kansas City. The ceremony was beautiful & stately, the reception was one big rocking party. They go down in my book as the best reception entrance ever. If you’ve never seen a bride on a Segway, you’ve never been to a modern wedding. :) They had a great time and we thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with them. Last night I went to see a friend’s new band Giant Radio, along with Robbers from NYC. Both bands were fantastic and I can’t wait to see them again. I haven’t been able to go hear much music lately, but these two bands definitely put on the best show I’ve heard in a while. Please look them up. Here are just a few quick favorites:
